Podcast: Big Brother, True Blood, Entourage & Phantom Menace with Floyd Curtis
Floyd Curtis is another one of my longtime friends and will be another regular contributor to the podcast.
Floyd and I talk about some of our favorite shows that we’re watching right now, including Big Brother (Pre-Tuesday Night’s Shenanigans). On the show we learn:
- What is Rob’s strategy for how to win Big Brother?
- What is the worst part about True Blood?
- What’s wrong with Entourage?
- And Rob and Floyd play a brand new game and we learn who is master of “Phantom Menace” trivia.
Hope you take a listen and let me know what you think! The little comment doohickey is located right above this post. I know it’s weird, but we’ll get used to it.
NOTE: I’ve changed the servers around that host the podcast (the old ones were WAY too slow), so for the amazing people who already subscribed, can you be even more awesome and subscribe again. Just delete the old feed and pretend it never happened (like “The Love Guru”). Thanks to both of you.
Podcast: Mets, NFL and Reality TV with Justin Jurs
Once I decided to do a podcast, I knew I had to have on one of my best friends, Justin Jurs. Justin and I go way back to when we would hang out all the time at the State University of New York at Oswego.
Justin and I became friends immediately when we realized that we shared our two favorite sports teams, the New York Mets and New York Jets. Sadly, there hasn’t been much for us to celebrate together.
I talked with Justin about what a disaster it has been for our beloved Mets this year. We also did a little talking about the NFL and who the most handsome and ugly quarterbacks in the league are. Towards the end, we also got to discuss some of least favorite things about “Big Brother”.
Hope you take a listen and let me know what you think!
An Interview with Rob’s Fiance, Nicole Palmeri
This is my very first episode of the “Rob Has a Podcast” podcast. For the first show I decided to interview my awesome fiance and roommate, Nicole Palmeri. Take a listen as Nicole gives me some advice on how not to be annoying, tells a recent story about how she came home from the groomer with somebody else’s dog and reveals all the celebrities she has “run into” while in Los Angeles
I was a little nervous for the first episode, but I think it ended up coming out okay. Please let me know what you thought and share any ideas you have for improving this podcast. Up next, I’ll be talking to my long time friend about the debacle that is the 2009 New York Mets.
